BAYTE, is a modern European neighbourhood restaurant with an emphasis on local sourcing and quality produce in the seaside town of St Leonards-on-Sea, Hastings. The seasonal menu blends influences from across the globe, with particular reference to Italian recipes, hand-rolled pastas & wood fired dishes.
Open from 10am on Monday, Thursday and Friday for coffee & home made cakes.
Visit our sister restaurant Coquina, in Hastings Old Town, for Spanish influenced dishes guided by the best local, seasonal produce.
